Becoming a Moderator

Hey y'all. I have decided. Every ten people we well have one more moderator. So when we get to 15 or 20 people, we will need another moderator. I have decided that the next new moderator:

  • Must have at least 20 posts
  • Must check our website at least once a day and show she/he can remain active
  • Recruit at least one new member
  • Prove she/he can be responsible, helpful, nice, and be able to handle the job ob being a moderator.
The things a moderator can do include:
  • Lock topics
  • Come up with helpful ideas for the site and improve it
  • Is able to unlock the secret moderator discussion forum
I will treat this kind of like a competition. Me and Corinne will decide on the new moderator when/if we ever get to 15 or 20 people. The person who is the most helpful, recruits the most people, the most active, and Corinne and I think can handle the job and fits it perfectly, will be the next moderator.

Hey y'all! I have decided that we will start to have monthly contests. The moderators and I will pick the winner from all the entries. The winner will be announced in the monthly newsletter along with any up-coming news on the first of every month. Entries for April are now open and will close on April 28. So send in those entries! But, you do not have to and it does not have to be a complete story or whatever. Just a snippet. Also, we will have those for all three categories: art, writing, and photography. Thank you!
